• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and have original tags
• Proof of purchase is required
• All sale items are final sale
• Gift cards and used grooming products are nonreturnable
• Customers pay return shipping unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect
• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable
